The Sugarless Pantry was created shortly after the birth of my daughter who suffered from reflux which resulted from the foods I was eating when she was being breastfed.
Due to my own food intolerances along with low energy levels, I knew I needed to make a change to feel my best for myself and my family.
I have spent the last 10 years researching the benefits of incorporating wholefoods into my diet, eliminating refined sugars and learning how real food nourishes and fuels your body. This is a strong message I teach my daughter everyday as well as the importance of having healthy eating habits.
