Super Green Smoothie Bowl
This deliciously healthy green smoothie bowl is perfect for getting your daily greens in. It makes a healthy and refreshing start to the day on those hot summer mornings or after a gym session. Five minutes of preparation is all you need.
Ingredients
1 frozen kiwi fruit
½ frozen banana
2 tbsps coconut yoghurt
½ cup milk of choice
1 tbsp flaxmeal (optional)
1 tsp of your favourite supergreen superfood powder

Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined and creamy.
2. Place in a bowl and top with your favourite fruit and granola.
