Super Quick Healthy Smoothie Bowl
I love a smoothie bowl in Summer and this makes the perfect breakfast if you’re a little time poor. It’s also a refreshing start to the morning on those super hot summer days.
Making a smoothie bowl at home is a much healthier option as you know exactly what goes in it. Most cafe style smoothie bowls contain too much refined sugar and toppings with additives or preservatives included.
You can mix up the fruit, milk and toppings to your liking – there are no rules, this recipe just makes a great starter for your base. It comes together in no time.

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
handful of frozen raspberries
3-5 fresh strawberries
1 cup milk of choice

Method
Blitz all ingredients in a blender then add it to a bowl.
Top with more fruit, nuts or granola.
